Responsibilities:
- Implementation of "1C" software products (1C: Accounting, 1C: Payroll and HR Management, and other 1C solutions) for automating enterprise processes, warehouse accounting, and consolidated financial reporting;
- Development of new features and enhancement of existing functionality in current systems on the 1C platform;
- Troubleshooting and prompt correction of errors in applied solutions;
- Modeling of enterprise processes using standard 1C functionalities and system configuration;
- Identifying deviations from standard functionalities that require customization;
- Testing of developed functionalities and deployment to production.
Requirements:
- Higher or specialized secondary education (Accounting, Information Technology);
- At least 2 years of experience as a 1C developer;
- Knowledge of basic methods in accounting, tax accounting, payroll management, or consolidated financial reporting;
- Understanding of accounting entries and principles of their formation;
- Experience in the implementation/support of standard applied solutions on the "1C:Enterprise 8" platform as a developer;
- Thorough approach to development and writing code in 1C;
- Analytical mindset, systems thinking;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Responsibility and efficiency.
