In 2013, he graduated from the University. Suleiman Demirel with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software; in 2015, he graduated from Almaty Management University, Management.

He started his career in 2018 as a Backend developer at InFin-IT Solution LLP.

From September to December 2020, he served as the Acting Head of the Financial Technologies Department at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2022, he was the Head of the Financial Technologies Department at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2024, he was the Director of the IT Department at Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund JSC.

From May to October 2024, he was the Managing Director for Information Technology at KazTransOil JSC.
