Engineering and Technical Center Provides Technical Support for Over 1,700 Events in 2025
The Engineering and Technical Center (ETC) continues to demonstrate its vital role in delivering technical support for high-level national and international events.
Since the beginning of the year, ETC specialists have provided technical support for more than 1,700 events, including over 20 events attended by the Head of State. These included some of the most significant political, economic, and cultural events in the country, such as expanded Government meetings, international summits, bilateral negotiations with foreign leaders, and high-level assemblies.
The ETC oversees technical operations across 8 buildings, which house more than 80 conference halls. The center ensures the smooth operation of systems for conference communications, sound amplification, simultaneous interpretation, lighting, and video equipment—including video walls and monitors. All events are supported using state-of-the-art technology, ensuring a high standard of execution.
Among the key events of 2025 are the Central Asia–Italy and Central Asia–China summits, the session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, meetings of the National Kurultai, and engagements with representatives of the domestic business community. Negotiations were held with leaders of countries such as Italy, China, Slovenia, Israel, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Armenia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
On a commercial basis, the venues of the Palace of Independence and the Presidential Center have successfully hosted events such as ENACTUS Kazakhstan, the Historians’ Congress, an international book fair, and others.
The ETC remains committed to maintaining a high level of technical support for both state and international events, making a significant contribution to the organization of official and commercial gatherings in Kazakhstan.
